9 new connectors: what's now possible with Venn

We've been shipping. Over the last few weeks, we've connected 10 new apps to Venn — which means AI can now read, write, and act across a lot more of your stack.

Meeting and conversation intelligence

Three connectors for the same problem: a lot of information lives inside your calls, and getting it out has always been manual. Venn now connects Granola, Otter, and Gong so AI can work with what was actually said.

Granola

If you're using Granola to take notes during calls, Venn connects it so AI can read across your recent meetings and spot patterns — recurring topics, repeated objections, themes that keep coming up.

Try this: "Use Venn to tell me what themes keep coming up across my recent Granola calls" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Otter

Otter captures your meetings. Venn connects Otter so AI can pull a specific meeting's transcript and turn it into a summary and action item list — without you scrubbing through the recording.

Try this: "Use Venn to summarize today's meeting from Otter and pull out the action items" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Gong

Sales teams use Gong to record calls. Venn connects Gong so AI can read across multiple call transcripts at once — useful for spotting what objections come up most, how deals are progressing, or what prospects are actually saying.

Try this: "Use Venn to pull transcripts from my last 10 Gong calls and tell me what objections keep coming up" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Customer pipelines: support, CRM, and deals

Three connectors for teams managing customers — whether that's open tickets, contact records, or service queues.

Salesforce Service Cloud

Venn connects Salesforce Service Cloud so AI can read your open cases and draft status updates for each one. Useful when you're managing a queue and need to communicate progress without writing every update from scratch.

Try this: "Use Venn to show me all open Salesforce Service Cloud tickets flagged as urgent and draft a status update for each" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Freshdesk

Same idea, different platform. Venn connects Freshdesk so AI can surface your urgent open tickets and draft a reply for each — based on the ticket content, not a generic template.

Try this: "Use Venn to show me all open Freshdesk tickets flagged as urgent and draft a reply for each one" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Attio

Attio is where a lot of relationship context lives. Venn connects it so AI can read your contact records, pull history from across your notes and calls, and write updates back into Attio after new interactions.

Try this: "Use Venn to find everyone I spoke with at [company] in Attio, summarize our history, and update their records with notes from my last call" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Engineering observability

Two connectors for engineers who need to know what's breaking and why — without digging through dashboards manually.

Datadog

Venn connects Datadog so AI can read your active alerts and give you a plain-language summary of what's firing, what the likely causes are, and what needs immediate attention.

Try this: "Use Venn to check Datadog for any active alerts and summarize what's firing and why" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Sentry

Venn connects Sentry so AI can pull your recent errors, group them by type and frequency, and tell you what's actually breaking in your project — not just a raw list of stack traces.

Try this: "Use Venn to pull the most recent Sentry errors in my project and give me a summary of what's breaking and how often" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

Project management

Basecamp

Venn connects Basecamp so AI can read across all your active projects at once — surfacing what's due, what's overdue, and what's at risk — then draft a status update you can share with your team or stakeholders.

Try this: "Use Venn to show me everything due or overdue across my active Basecamp projects and draft a status update I can share with the team" → Try it in Claude · ChatGPT

What's the pattern here

Every one of these connectors works the same way: Venn handles the connection and the permissions. You decide what AI can access. Then AI does the actual work — reading, writing, synthesizing — across whichever tools you've connected.

None of this requires you to copy data between apps, run a script, or build an integration. You connect the app in Venn, set your permissions, and prompt.

If you're already using Venn, all of these connectors are available now. If you're not, get started here.
