"Hey Venn - Take all the customer feedback from this week, Intercom conversations, emails tagged 'feedback', and items in our Notion feedback log, categorize them by theme, identify the top three most common issues, and create Jira tickets for each one with a title, description, and priority label. Put the rest in the backlog."

What the AI does

Step 1: Reads across sources: Venn.ai retrieves the week's Intercom conversations, Gmail threads, and Notion database entries.

Step 2: Synthesizes and categorizes: Claude or ChatGPT groups the feedback by theme, identifies frequency and severity, and flags items that conflict with the existing roadmap.

Step 3: Creates Jira tickets: Venn.ai writes tickets directly to your Jira project with structured titles, user-story descriptions, and priority tags.

Step 4: Returns a summary: the AI produces a plain-language summary of what it found, what tickets it created, and any patterns worth flagging.

How to set this up
